TRUST THE EXPERTS IN LIGHTWEIGHT INSULATING CONCRETE ROOF DECK SYSTEMS

DISCOVER AN IDEAL ROOF INSULATION SYSTEM

Lightweight Insulating concrete (LWIC) is a high performance insulation system with mix designs consisting of Portland cement, fine lightweight expanded aggregates such as vermiculite and perlite or preformed foams that encapsulate expanded polystyrene sheets.

LWIC can be used in new construction and re-roofing applications to provide sustainable permanent roof insulation and slope to drain. Our systems provide high R-values, increased fire ratings and act as an air barrier thus increasing the performance of the building envelope.

Since the 1950's, The Bonitz Company of Carolina has been installing LWIC systems throughout North Carolina, South Carolina, Virginia and East Tennessee.
